the streak continues!

Another "passing showers" day. What crap is this??? Last night the skies OPENED. Dayum! But, gotta be optimistic.

Got to the job, nothing. YAY!!!

St.Francis. Felt good. Using the "Born to Run" methodology. Using VERY worn running shoes, feeling GOOD in the knees. We'll see.
