the streak continues.

Had a conference in the city, so, knowing I'd be on my butt all day, went for my am run. REAllY refreshing. No pressure, knees sore, so should'a been a day off, but took it easy. Miles to log, not race.

The conference? LGBT. Yes, that population has issues, but no more than any other. Bottom line: the golden rule STILL applies.
