Sometimes you gotta believe!
Was prepped to do St.Francis. Thinking either I'd had enough miles from the half, or could use the half as my week's long run. Wasn't sure either way. Got to the job, everything looked good...until...unTIL...RAIN! (Lucy pulls the ball away from Charlie Brown). Now, we all know my love of running in the rain, about the same as my love of root canal. Yet, the prediction WAS for off and on showers.
Pulled into The Park, Rain stopped. So far so good...until...DAYUM. MORE rain. Was taking my knee braces off when it stopped! Glad I stuck around.
Got my miles in, DIDN'T get soaked. Yay!!!!
