now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!!!

What a morning! a lesser person would'a hit the links, but alas, gotta be true to form. Did a late (by my standards) run, to be with the club. St.Francis course. Manana's 4m should feel like a break 9not!!!).

Still amazed how running has exposed me to much! @ yesterday's conference, a local peep was there, as well as a Usual suspect-asked if i knew her from Central Park, she indicated she recognized me from L.I. races. Wonderful. George sheehan WAS right!

Reading Born to Run. Really sums up the Zen running thing. I do it because it's what I do. Not for personal material gain, but because it rounds me out. Gonna start calling myself Caballo Negro.
