feelin' it!

Did the Forest Park 4m. At first wanted to bail, it was POURING...but...a)preregged b)"Passing Showers," and wouldn't it have sucked if I bailed and the rains ceased? Sho' 'nuff it held off, until after-during awards!

Did very well-the 2 fastest Striders were ahead of me, I led the usual suspects-this after doing the 10k yesterday AND taking 3 walk breaks, STILL came in @ 35:30. I'm happy to have again broken 9.

STILL haven't taken a day off, don't plan to. Yes, this means running in the rain.

Manana, reunion pt2. Lovely to know you touched lives. My former students did very well, hope they're proud of themselves. Pix @ bottom.
