better

Not great, but better.

Did the 13.1 in Flushing Meadows this am. Weird time for a start 9:13 am. This last it was crisp to start-45 degs, last year it was HOTTT! Remember running/walking the final 2-3 miles with Laughin and his son in law. This year, took 4 thirty second breaks, but did well. Could've broken 2 hours, but manana is a 10k, hadda leave a little in the tank.

Polansky was there, he and a few Queens usual suspects. No Striders. Odd. Guess they got it outta their systems last year.

Tomorrow evening into Monday, rain predicted. Good, Get my miles in then chillax.
