day 678

wow!!!

Did the 5k in CP this am, tough, but hey, it WAS only a 5k. Broke 9. Happy with that. BUT, you do this one to try for speed, knowing the distance isn't what you're used to. Did well. Happy.

Then, back to Toxichouse. Even THAT went well. Had a long talk with Stoney about boundaries, right and wrong....the whole father thing. So far so good.

Went to the evening 5k, and...and. Time sucked, a full minute slower than this am, but then again, whotheFUCK does back to back 5k's, let alone on the same day??? PLUS, this one was HILLY!!! Just as this am's was tough, but brief, this pm was HILLY, but brief. At least I didn't havta walk. Met my friend of the night, turns out the guy had NHL. Amazing. BUT, that wasn't most amazing, though he and I have amazing similarities. Guess who the entertainment was??? Mike Taylor!!!!! Between the two of us we have a whole liver! He was as shocked as I was that we met. Wow.

Amazing day, quite amazing.
