Ewwwww!

SLIMY weather. Again, we went from 56 degs the week before, to high 80's. Yucch. However, gotta keep goin'. Today temps predicted to hit 90 ish.

Nothing this am, slept in-left Toxichouse @ 5:30. Since today's National Run Day, do the LIRRC 5k tonight. KNOW it's gonna be oppressive, possibly even rainy, but gotta.
