amazing what you can do!

...when pushed. Conditions couldn't BE worse for running, yet there was Stan, out there, trudging along. Bless him. Me? Spin class-a TOUGH one. The instructor is smokin' (hey, it helps) and the class is a ball breaker. After that, headed into the NYRR, actually found a parking spot, picked up the t-shirts and numbers for the peeps, and we're ready for manana! They'll meet A Toxichouse @ 6:30 tomorrow am.

Tonight, Ray Davies. YAY!!!
