glad I did!

Glad I showed my face @ the dinner dance. You really can't NOT have a good time. Everyone there is really a good person. Rare are the times at which you can honestly say "there's no one here I must avoid." If you'd sat @ any table, you'd have enjoyed it. Add to this, the awards are actually worthy, i.e. Marlon got most improved. God bless him. AND, our numbers were up. Rare in these times. The new location is MUCH better than the old.

(also feels REALLY good to have gotten yet another Quantum person. Why more don't hook up with us is beyond me.)

This am, again, the ellip + spin class. Feeling good. NEED my run, but NEED my back as well.
