redux

Exactly the same as yesterday. Icy, packed snow, 4.5. Glad I got it in. Always have the underlying fear of backsliding. With a day here and there off, it can't happen, but that's how the addicted mind thinks.

This weekend, the rescheduled 10m. Good. This evening into manana, 6-12 inches predicted, saturday's race will be the carrot dangling in front of me.

*Nice side note to these conditions: preps you well for running in the cold. This am, 22 degs. Actually felt ok.
