get it where you can!

REALLY happy now! Checked my 5m race result with last year's; the 62-63 year old peeps from AP matched my time last year (10:24), meaning this year I was over a minute per mile faster, YESSS!!! All the bullshit has paid off. Now if I could consistently break 9 in over 5k races, I'd be elated.

This am, The Line, again not St.Francis but 4.5. VERY dangerous, icy as HELL, but really fun. Makes you step crisply, no foot dragging.
