day 525

thank God it's over!

Shit holidays, fuck 'em, let's get this year started.

This am was runnus interruptus. Did The Line until The Turn-the steep right before the ball fields. SHIT!!! NYC Parks had plowed until there, so we had asphalt, after that, shmutz. Dedicated runners did that section twice, I was fed up. Did 55 minutes, then turned back, about 4.5 miles. Fuck it, did what could be done. The truly hardcore did that section twice. @ that point I was totally fed up. At least I got a quality run in, though not the distance I'd wanted.

These holidays sucked, can't wait for tomorrow morning.
