Got my St.Francis on. Rebuilding the base. After Quebec, hadda repair, then get back down to bidness.

Good thing-about 6 weeks-ish 'til The Big one.

Checked Deb's blog, nice recap of The Trip. More props for our peeps. Lord knows I tried, but really couldn't find a negative-even the goddamned humididididity. Sort'a comes with the territory in marathon land-when you run that far you contract to do it under less than ideal circumstances. My only wish-that it'd been longer-no, not the marathon-weird enough being the only one to do the full-I'm talkin' the trip. Could'a easily stayed a few more days.

What affects me is the disparate backgrounds. All of us have our respective drama. No one's life is as easy as Shebitch's-work, don't contribute, bitch. Yet, they all did something above and beyond, and do so regularly. Wow. And the icing on the cake-and this is why I wear green despite being hideously individualistic and betrothen to no one-we exclude no one. Anyone who wants in is in-just look @ some of the personalities who we love to bitch about, yet include. We'll never redirect. THAT was a cardinal sin of others-elitism. We aren't that special and we know it. We're in it for the good of the collective, through this, we as individuals grow. Beautiful thing really.
