back!!!

REALLY a tough evening @ Toxichouse yesterday. Between Stoney being a dour teen and Sybil being Sybil, not a good environment. High point was when It asked if I had any credit card debt. made me feel great to say no. Progress kiddies!!!

This am, spin class. No run. WAS tempted to get some miles in, but gotta take care of the knees.

Felt good to be back spinning.
