you never know...

Ok, the mortgage peeps offer to refi, @ no out of pocket. What's the hitch? They wanna keep me as a customer. Ok, I'll take it. But, the prob: Shebitch-of course. Everything on my end is in order, waiting for the shipwreck to cough up financial documents attesting to what It claims It is. This could screw us totally.

This am, BEAUTIFUL cloudless sky. GREAT am for a run, although I had serious doubts. REALLY tired. But couldn't waste a day. Glad I ran. ;)
