Did well. After a day "off" (really a spin class), was kind'a worried. Nothing to fret about. Did well. With no piss breaks. Good. No dim sum peeps, but my before picture was out there, as well as the woman who usually runs back with my dim sum peeps.

A really great am, 43 degs. Sweatshirt and gloves, but shorts. Nice.

Back on track.
