NO FAIR!!!!!

Ok, got the gimpy leg. Getting better, but the wait is killing me. So, making do with spin class. Fortunately, they're varying the schedule@ the gym-great for muscle confusion. BUT, this am's class is delayed/cancelled as the instructor is stuck in traffic. GODDAMNIT!!! So, making do with a later class. REALLY a pain in the booty. Working out first thing in the day is key. But, gotta go with the flow. Must accept what we can't change.

Stoney? Not a word exchanged yesterday. His loss.
