made it through the week, and a day off without actually running today!!! Would'a been a perfect morning-cool, not too humid, 70 ish, but, gotta rest for manana. Prospect Park!

Felt great to NOT deal with staff crap-with the state of NY's budget, you'd think they'd be happy to be employed, but they're more dysfunctional than the patients.

Shebitch? Woke me up last night asking if I used ice cubes.
