last gasp

last weekend of summer prep is on!

Back to St.Francis @ the crack of dawn. Hadda make my way back home. Felt good @ the LIRRC Wednesday 5k-last of summer, so I figure, do St.Francis today, tomorrow "off," not counting the evening 1m.

Went to Manhattan, got the Nike 10k stuff.

Busy busy weekend:

Sat: evening 1m.
Sun: Manhattan Run am
Nike 10k pm
Mon: Long Beach? Dunno, depends on how I feel Monday early/how bad Shebitch is.
