Soooo good to be back! Really missed my am runs, but between rain and sched changes, was lucky to maintain and not lose progress made. Got my miles, saw my Dim Sum peeps, Lynn was running with Winston-really a lovely morning. She hit the nail on the head (hence, she's a peep) when she said "doesn't get any better." Absolutely yummy temps, didn't break a sweat. Felt good. All days should start this well!
