day 1011

Travel day. Thankfully, raining this am, good. Have a race tonight (yes, tonight) in Albany. Normally I'd have run this am, but thankfully I'm exercising some common sense. Since I'm off Fridays (keep in mind Sunday's Half), made plans to pick up a rental, then drive up. Nice. Little day trip/road trip. But my prior self would'a been up at 3.....nope. And best of all, when did the rain start? Just as I would'a been winding up my run-as in: "FOOLED YOU!!!!! Thought you got your run in, nope. Got ya soaked!!!" But alas, saving my energy, otherwise, tonight would've been an exercise in exhaustion.
