here we go!!!

last night marked the start of the "silly season," the "too much in too soon": season. Had a shit time @ the 5k last night, but 20 seconds better than last year.

Tomorrow: Healthy Kidney (leg 2 of "The Innards Tour," Sunday: the 4m.

Tuesday: Wall Street.

Sunday: Vermont City.

Yipeeee!!!!! Love this shit!
