for ONCE I'm glad to be me (well, more than once but you get the picture) Why? UBS is laying off staff, wow. Main peep is unemployed. Wow. BIG wow. This economic shit is real. I'm intimately aware of how tough the times are-the closing of our sister facility still stings, but you always think the grass is greener-it isn't.

St.Francis esta manana, brisk but not cold. Shorts, long sleeved tee. Reports of the Boston peeps inspired me. Really good news there.

Core training this eve. Tough, REALLY tough, but good. Work those abs!!!
