Show last noght at my fave venue, same seats as Drowning Pool. Headbanging Goodness. Nice.

Had my miles in the am, followed by Spin. Drama @the job, unnecessary drama (one of those "the person needs to retire" situations), but I was teflon. Long as you're in the groove, you're ok!

Then headbanging. What more could you ask for?
