and there off!

another week is offocially underway.

St.Francis this am, COLD again. So much for shorts. Sweats and hooded sweatshirt this am, gloves too, natch. Felt better than I thought I would, after doing Central Park yesterday. REALLY glad with the results when you think I came in a full 2 + minutes slower last year, AND when I did the Northport 10 in '03, I finished 30 mins slower. I'll take it.

Pix @ the bottom. Love that colon!!! Also the famous fountain, scene of many fun runs and the epicenter of the boathouse area-REALLY fond memories of the Nike Half training run with the peeps before they fell apart.
