It was nice to be asked @ the gym if I was on vaca, another told me "welcome back." Point is: I saw regulars, a good thing, but if you do the same shit over n' over.........The weather's gorgeous, get out n' RUN!

This am, a lil' 5k in Eisenhower. Originally, this was the scene of the crime, then the organizers moved to Wantagh-also a nice park, but it's more user friendly to be closer-especially with a 5m manana. AND, it appears the rains are over.

Stoney's "girlfriend?" Yeah, right.
