not cool

TRIED to lace 'em up, but to no avail. One of those days where you head out, so far so good...then...THEN...BOOM! The skies opened up. Was far too tempting to head out for a run, temps were GREAT. But, RAIN. Came down in friggin' buckets. So, off to the gym. Elliped. Good thing. Manana, 10m race, 2 x 5m loop-I HATE that, but, it's one of those "gotta do" races, if you live on Long Island.
