Day 1441

Trifecta!

On my way in, idiot light went off. Now, I get monthly vehicle reports in e mail, you'd'a thunk I'd be on top of it. the prob? Turned out I needed an oil change, but, dealing with the daily chaos/crises I do-I needed to contain the potential damage. so, headed straight to Jiffy Lube-didn't need my engine seizing on me. In fact, it WAS an oil change. So, got that done. Good, but that preempted my run.

So, Spin, then Pilates, then Conditioning. Exhausted by night's end, but I got my workout in.
