Got my miles in the am, cool, not warm, not cold, cool. Then hit the gym in the evening. A/C was off, made Spin class a steambath. Normally I'd stick around and do back to back classes, but no. Really couldn't breathe. You knew something was off when the mirrors were showing condensation. Ewwwwwww. But glad I did, Stoney was w/his friend, when I showed, they went out, wonder why. It? Went to a meeting. Raped a front hedge, left the trimmings-remember when It did the hedges last year? Left the trimmings for 2 weeks? So, I left the crap there. Clippers and all. Fuckin' shipwreck.
