3 hours sleep, nutrition a shambles...sooooooo....did a 5k!
GREAT to NOT havta take walk breaks, did ok. Single digit pace (hey, it WAS only a 5k). Running half marathons and 10k's paid off!
REALLY nice to reconnect with my L.I. peeps, more "make believe friends."
...but I need counseling.......
