Yet another bone chiller. ere actually IS good news though. Usually, there's that ONE time of year when it's snow/rain/mud...snow/rain/mud.....at least with continued bone chilling temps nothing melts-no mud. Cleaner! But, running isn't even on the radar. Spinning n' Ellipin'. Not the best of all scenarios, but....
Sunday's The manhattan Half. 2 loops of central Park. Dunno, playin' this one by ear.
