Silly Season, ctd
Ok, so it killed me to NOT run yesterday (47 degs!!!), this am, 37. This cold thing sucks. Nothing I can do. No energy, coughing constantly, feel like it's a victory to just make it through the day.
We'll see, might havta lace 'em up just to get miles in, period. Might be junk miles, but my attitude is: a mile is a mile.
Last evening: Spin.
