time to break the streak, take tomorrow off. Why? Did St.Francis again this am, more than a week of 6.5. This weekend 2 biggies: the 10k Saturday, and 4m NYRR run Sunday. Be nice to have knees left for them.

Good meeting tonight, HATE them, but good nontheless. Great speaker, lots of members showed. We actually got something outta this one. Props to all.
